WGSN | MILAN DESIGN WEEK
CAMERA | EDITING
In April 2024, I joined WGSN’s expert team to report live from Milan Design Week, the world’s leading event for design, innovation and future-thinking creative culture. I developed, filmed and edited a series of social-first videos for WGSN, shaping visually driven narratives for the global authority in trend forecasting and brand strategy.
As part of this coverage, I collaborated closely with Urangoo Samba, WGSN’s Head of Colour, translating her curated insights, from Google’s Making Sense of Colour installation to the nature-inspired Halo Edition at Rossana Orlandi, into compelling, accessible short-form storytelling. These videos connected WGSN’s expert analysis with a global creative audience across design, fashion, architecture and interiors.
Milan Design Week, one of the world’s most influential design platforms, attracts over 370,000 attendees, nearly 1,950 exhibitors and more than 5,500 accredited journalists, providing unparalleled visibility across global design networks. Leveraging WGSN’s international reach , serving thousands of brands, retailers and design teams across 190+ countries, and its +792k Instagram followers, the video series achieved strong platform-native performance. It also drove traffic to WGSN’s editorial coverage, supported audience growth and integrated into broader post‑event reporting, positioning the report in front of a global, professionally focused audience and delivering significant cultural and industry impact.
