OVERVIEW
Retouch Team is a high-end global post-production and photo retouching studio based in London, specialising in transforming raw photography into polished, commercially refined visuals for brands, photographers, agencies, and entertainment clients worldwide.
CONTEXT
The studio approached me to develop a motion-led visual identity system that could translate their premium positioning into a contemporary digital presence across multiple touchpoints. The challenge was to create a brand language that communicated technical precision and speed without losing the craftsmanship and human sensitivity that define their high-end retouching.
The objective was not simply to promote services, but to establish Retouch Team as a premium creative partner operating at the intersection of luxury, fashion, beauty, and entertainment.

The studio approached me to develop a motion-led visual identity system that could translate their premium positioning into a contemporary digital presence across multiple touchpoints. The challenge was to create a brand language that communicated technical precision and speed without losing the craftsmanship and human sensitivity that define their high-end retouching.

CREATIVE DIRECTION AND EXECUTION
I led the project from concept through to final delivery, including the creative direction, motion design, art direction, copy development, editing, and sound design.
The visual system was built around three core principles: premium, fast, and contemporary.
The direction combines references from Swiss graphic design, luxury editorial layouts, UI systems, liquid-glass aesthetics, and spatial motion behaviours to create a refined yet digital-first identity. Dynamic transitions, modular grids, layered typography, and depth-driven compositions reinforce the studio’s positioning as both technically advanced and creatively meticulous.
Motion became the core branding language rather than a supporting asset. Every animation behaviour was designed to reflect the studio’s workflow: controlled, precise, fluid, and highly intentional. Sharp timing contrasts with smooth cinematic pacing to communicate efficiency without sacrificing craft.
The system was developed to scale across multiple brand applications, including promotional films, social media, CRM communications, and motion branding assets. Alongside the final deliverables, I also created a flexible set of templates and modular assets, allowing the studio to maintain a consistent and elevated digital presence across future campaigns and content.
